沟通方式和注意事项 1、退订请求的邮件必须本人，用当时申请时候的邮件发起。一方面邮箱可以作为身份识别，另一方面本人发起是因为公寓怕第三方违规操作，把房间安排给别人引起问题。 2、临近入住，并且参考英国正常办事效率的话，正常的回复效率是3-7个工作日。 3、邮件模板仅适合于想要沟通退订和更改租期的学生使用。如果你依旧准备正常入住，请勿发邮件。 4、邮件必须提供有效证件，来作为证明。可以提供普利茅斯大学官方给你发的邮件声明，可以提供你的申请系统里面的信息等，原则上必须有 学校官方logo或者信息，以及你的姓名才能作为官方信息的证明材料。 5、由于COVID-19作为突发事件，每个公寓的对应政策不一，所以每个公寓的manager回复 关于是否同意退订，是否同意退押金/定金，是否同意延期的结果各不相同，请以你公寓的manager回复为准。 6、请注意发出邮件并不代表修改或者退订成功，请以公寓manager邮件的回复结果为准。
