如果学生已经支付最后一期房租，Unite Students可以将从复活节到合同止租日期之间的房租退还给学生；

学生将无需支付从复活节到合同止租日期之间的房租。

▶ 关于想延长居住的学生：

对于合同止租日期在六月或七月的学生，Unite Students可以为这部分学生将租期免费延长至八月底。学生只需要提前告知Unite Students其房间将被继续使用。

In terms of rent payment, for those who decide to leave before Easter:If students have already paid the last instalment: we will refund them the rent from after Easter till the end of their tenancy.If they haven’t paid yet: as long as they pay until Easter, we will not ask them to pay between Easter and the end of their tenancy.

Extend stay for free: For those who decide to stay:If some students have a booking that ends in June or July and want to stay in their room until the end of August, we will not charge them anything. They can stay for free until end August. They just need to let us know so that we know the room will be occupied.
