诺丁汉大学的大学园有12栋学生宿舍楼，新建的Jubilee校园有3栋学生宿舍楼（两栋供本科生住，另一栋供研究生住），在Sutton Bonington校园还有一栋。大学既提供男女分住的宿舍，也提供男女混住的宿舍。某些学生宿舍和自己举炊宿舍内专设有男生区和女生区。大多数宿舍为单人房间，且每间都有电话和数据线接口。宿舍楼内提供公用房间和社交设施，许多学生感到住在宿舍楼内对熟悉大学生活很有帮助。

学校在校园的边上，还拥有不少自己举炊的单元宿舍。每一套单元有5或6个单人卧室，同住一套单元的学生合用厨房/餐厅和卫生间设施。

诺丁汉大学宿舍住宿费用是根据住宿标准和饮食水平的不同，大约在￡1,900到￡3,200英镑之间。

凡在规定期限内提交申请的一年级学生均可在校内住宿(University Park,和Jubilee Compus的Southwell Hall和Newark Hall)，宿舍为单人房间，拥有独立卫生间，有中央供热系统，研究生可在自建公寓里住宿。

就诺丁汉住宿而言，价格最低的宿舍是5-7个房间公用一个厨房，卫生间和盥洗室。然后是单个房间里面有盥洗室的。价格最高的是房间里面什么都有的，一个小厨房，冰箱，盥洗室。只要一次性买够东西，可以真正做到足不出户。
