The Dutch House offers three room types for students to choose, which are Studio, 1B1B, and 2B1B. In the bedrooms, there is a comfortable and spacious bed, a small bedside table, a table lamp, and a low chair. Also, there is a big window nearby the bed, to see the beautiful views of the Long Island City. In a lavishly appointed bathroom, there exists a toilet, a vanity, storage cabinetry, and a spacious bathtub. In each unit, there is indoor washer and dryer in the living room. Besides, in a luxurious kitchen, opulent features abound, including state-of-the-art appliances, gleaming countertops crafted from exquisite materials, custom cabinetry adorned with intricate detailing, and a sprawling island perfect for culinary endeavors and entertaining alike. The bike storage is provided by the building and convenient for the residents to store their bicycle.

Also, the indoor gym is for the students to do some exercise and relax.

The Dutch House boasts several highly acclaimed restaurants and bars, including the Michelin-starred eatery Suzuki Shokudo, Astoria Seafood, Makina Cafe Eritrean, and Cafe Xochimilco.   Also, there are some popular bars nearby the building such as Veronica's Bar and Doha Bar Lounge. The Hudson Food Market and FOOD BAZAAR are the supermarket near the Dutch House, it is convenient for the students to buy some food, drinks, and daily necessities in these two places. Also, you can go to the Plaza 48 Shopping Center and Woodside Shopping Center by drive cars in 5 minutes. There is a Marshalls, The Home Depot, and BestBuy. It has a wide variety of products, and you can also buy your daily necessities and digital products here.

Transport

The Dutch House  is a good choice for the students. They can drive car for 8 minutes to The City University of New York. 14 minutes to the University of Pennsylvania, and 20 minutes to New York University. The closest bus station is Northern Blvd/39 Av station, and it is 6- minute walk away from the apartment. The 39 Av and 36 Av stations are the two closest metro station to the building, and it is easy for students to travel to other places.
