There are four types of rooms in Sven Apartment, and they are Studio,1B1B, 2B1B, and 3B2B. Firstly, the Studio is a self-contained living space. It usually consists of a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom all in one room. It is designed for single occupancy or a couple. The second type is 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. It includes a separate bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The maximum occupancy for this type of room is 2 people. "2B" is usually a two-bedroom flat. The rooms are equipped with Bosch brand in-room washer-dryer. Also, individually controlled heating and cooling air conditioning in each room. In the bathroom, there are toilets, mirror, and a big bathtub. The kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and more. There are 2 shared community in the apartment, they are laundry room and Bike Storage. The resident can use these areas sufficiently with their friends and neighborhoods. The Sven apartment also provide two fitness and recreation area, which is gym and swimming pool for students to do exercise and relax.
