Midvale Apartments is a luxury student housing in Los Angeles. The apartment is conveniently located in Los Angeles city with easy access to destinations including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood. University of California Los Angeles is only a 6-minute from Midvale Apartments. Our furnished apartment also provides residents with vaulted ceilings, central air conditioning, a cosy gas fireplace, a dishwasher, high-efficiency appliances, large closets, a microwave, mirrored closet doors, a private balcony and a patio. Around this building are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and café for the student to enjoy their wonderful life in LA.

 

Features

There are three types of rooms in Midvale Apartments, and they are Studio,1B1B, 2B2B. Firstly, the studio is a self-contained living space. It usually consists of a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom all in one room. It is designed for single occupancy or a couple. The second type is 1 bed with 1 bathroom. It includes a separate bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The maximum occupancy for this type of room is 2 people. "2B" is usually a two-bedroom flat. It has two separate bedrooms. It also has a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The difference between "3B" and "2B" is based on the room numbers of "2B", it includes one more separate bedroom. Other areas are the same as the "2B" type. All of the room types described above include a storage room and dishwasher. In another hand, there are three communal areas in this apartment.
