Allston Place is a modern Berkeley student housing. Located at 2161 Allston Way, Berkeley, California, Allston Place Berkeley is ideally situated a 10-minute walk from the University of California Berkeley and a 6-minute walk from Berkeley City College. Now, we provide short rental periods, from January to May and from January to July, with cashback on both long- and short-term rentals.

If you are tired of shopping, you can visit restaurants such as Great China, El Talpense Mexican Restaurant, and Ethiopia Restaurant, which are all adjacent to Allston Place Berkeley. Allston Place Apartments are across the street from UC Berkeley and just minutes away from the campus. The University of California Berkeley is a 5-minute walk, and Berkeley City College is a 8-minute walk. You can walk to downtown Berkeley within 3 minutes. The bus stop Center St & Shattuck Av is just 4 minutes walk away.
