On the whole, it is worth the money: the house is quite new; 1B1B has a large space and may be more than 40 square meters. Good lighting; Perfect kitchen facilities; Timely maintenance (using iQ's app); The point is-have your own washing machine! (You can't imagine what the public laundry room will wash); The disadvantage is that the elevator in this building is very old and small. The electric heater in the bedroom is automatically cut off for 2 hours, and it is not friendly at night in winter. Besides, comrades can rent a house with independent washing machines, or they can buy a small washing machine, Ang!
A very recommended apartment with complete facilities, in place service and free gym. I hope I can see more equipment in the gym.
The location of the apartment is very good, but the house is relatively old.

The payment deadline for regular contracts booked for less than 51 weeks in 2024 is approximately August 2024. Please refer to the contract for the specific time and the apartment operator’s interpretation shall prevail.

How to pay rent?

When I make a reservation, is the Booking Fee paid a deposit? How to refund?
