Grafton Manchester provides Non-En-suite rooms for 2-3 people to share. The rooms are fully furnished with double beds, tables and chairs, a wardrobe and an additional sink. Students are required to share the bathroom and living room with their roommates. The shared kitchen is equipped with a cooker, hood, dining table/chairs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and lockers. Dormitory rent includes all expenses such as financial insurance, water, electricity and gas. The dormitory has a communal laundry room, and there is an extra charge for each load of laundry. In addition, the dormitory has a separate gym for all resident students. The bicycle shed ensures the safety of students' property.

Walk out the door of the flat, and there are Morrisons and Sainsbury's supermarkets downstairs, with Tesco and M&S also available within a 10-minute walk.
