Not bad. The house exceeded expectations. Very good.
It's good to live for two years! Going downtown is fast!
The room is large, the facilities are complete, the surrounding environment is good, there is no bar, and it is not noisy at night. It is very close to the science building of the school, 500 meters to the place of class. The distance from the city center is not too far. There are Chinese Super Leagues around, lidl is very suitable for buying small things

Windsor Court is the most affordable student accommodation in Liverpool, offering two types of Two-bed flats. The apartment is well-equipped, with single en-suite rooms with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, separate kitchens, and plenty of space to move around. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University. Close to the University of Liverpool's North Campus – a 5-minute walk away. The lively city centre is just around the corner, with restaurants, shopping malls, museums, and theatres all around. There are also many bus stops on your doorstep, making it easy to get around.

Windsor Court is a modern student accommodation in Liverpool, offering two types of two-bed flats: a deluxe double and eight studio types. All beds are king-size 150cm X 200cm, some rooms have a balcony, and there is laundry and parking.
Studio rooms are bright and spacious, with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, TVs, and fully-equipped kitchens. Some rooms have private balconies with views across the city. The apartments also offer 100Mbps WIFI, laundry. The apartments have a spacious shared lounge, also furnished with comfortable sofas and TVs for students to socialize and relax. Location and What's Hot?
Windsor Court Apartments are one of the closest student flats to Liverpool city centre and are very easy to live in, with restaurants, pubs, cake shops, hairdressing salons and more nearby. The London Road leading into the city centre is lined with a variety of local shops. Tesco Express and Lidl supermarkets are just opposite each other, making it easy to buy essentials. There are also two restaurants next to the residence halls, Little Georgian and Blind Tiger. The nearest gym, PureGym, is only 8-minute walk away. The city centre is about a 10-minute walk away, where you will find Liverpool One, one of the UK's top shopping streets.

Prospective international students who have applied to attend a University or a Higher Education Institution in any of the cities in which Homes for Students operates, and who book a room with Homes for Students, will be allowed to be released from their Tenancy Agreement if they do not receive the entry Visa they require for their study in the UK and evidence is provided.
Only new customers who have never lived at a Homes for Students property are eligible.
If a customer does not receive the entry Visa they require for their study in the UK and wishes to be released from their Tenancy Agreement, they must provide Homes for Students with evidence of their refusal of entry to the UK to study no later than 7 days after notification of their refusal.
Evidence can be a copy of the letter from the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration service or other official Visa issuing body as well as a letter from the university, sponsor or institution where they were supposed to be studying. It must clearly show the student's full name, address and date of issue. This can be emailed to salesenquiries@wearehomesforstudents.com or posted to Homes for Students, 3 Clock Tower Park, Longmoor Lane, Fazakerley, Liverpool, L10 1LD.
Customers who do not apply to be released from their Tenancy Agreement within this timescale will be bound by the terms and conditions set out in the Tenancy Agreement.

Only new customers who have never lived at a Homes for Students property are eligible.
If a customer does not gain a place at their chosen University or College and wishes to be released from their Tenancy Agreement, they must provide Homes for Students with evidence of their rejection and evidence of the reason why (proof of results achieved etc) no later than 3 working days after their results day.
Evidence can be a written rejection letter from the University/College/UCAS, or a screen shot of the customer's UCAS status along with the results etc. This can be emailed to salesenquiries@wearehomesforstudents.com or posted to Homes for Students, Clock Tower Park, Longmoor Lane, Fazakerley, Liverpool, L10 1LD.

The apartment supports online credit card payment (credit card is supported) or bank transfer 1. For online credit card payment, please ensure that the payment card type is one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron.
