Plato House Apartments opened in 2015 and has a total of 87 Studios where students can choose between three levels of Studio - Deluxe, Premier and Premier Luxe. Each room is tastefully and exquisitely furnished and decorated with a queen-size bed, storage drawers, desk and kitchenette, and en-suite bathrooms to meet the individual student's living needs. Plato House also boasts superb communal facilities, including a gym and fitness studio, a cinema, two study rooms, a games room and a laundry room. Students can study, socialise or hold parties in the communal areas, making it easy to make friends. The rent includes all utilities such as electricity, gas, water, heating, and financial insurance for the room, so you don't have to pay for it separately.

Location and What's Hot?

Plato House is located close to the city centre. There is a supermarket, Tesco Express and Lidl within a 3-minute walk, making it easy for residents to buy groceries. If you want to avoid using the flat's gym, you can go to the Power and Fitness Gym, a 4-minute walk away. There is a discount shop called TJ Hughes about a 10-minute walk from the flat, so pop in and look around if you need something else to do. Liverpool One, a large shopping centre in the city centre, is a 15-minute walk away and has many local British brands, making it an excellent place for students to go shopping. In addition, there are many good Chinese restaurants in the city centre's Chinatown, where you can eat authentic home-style food and buy some home specialities from China Supermarket. Around the harbour in the city centre, there are a lot of unique coffee shops where you can go and have a seat in your spare time.

Transport 

The University of Liverpool, Liverpool Hope University and Liverpool John Moore University are all within a 10-minute walk from Plato House Apartments. Students living here never have to worry about being late for class. With Pembroke Place (Stop D) and Greek Street bus stops right underneath the residence halls, it's easy to get to other parts of Liverpool. In addition, Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central train stations are a 10-minute walk from the halls of residence, providing easy access to many of the UK's most famous cities!
