Apartment service is very good! The environment is very good!
It is a great apartment with perfect facilities.
Good location, nice staff
The room is very large and clean. The front desk of the apartment has a good service attitude.
At that time, I watched the studio for a long time and chose the Hepworth. It was 25 square meters. Many friends didn't have it. Most of them envied the studio's high cost performance and the kitchen was separated by doors. Therefore, the smell of oil and smoke would not affect the bedroom. The only disadvantage was that it was slightly far away from the school but it was also an acceptable walk of about 18 minutes.
The house is large and affordable.

The house is very big, but all foreigners live, they are very noisy. There is nothing around it. It's quite deserted.

Close to Leeds University, Leeds Metropolitan University (also Leeds Beckett University), Leeds College of Art, Leeds City College and BPP Law School, Hepworth Lodge Leeds is located in Junction 2 of Inner Ring Road A58. Conveniently nestled near Leeds Central tube station, this Leeds accommodation offers easy access to transport links, ensuring seamless travel around the city. Just a 12-minute walk from Leeds city centre, you'll find yourself amidst the bustling modern shopping centre, making it convenient for all your needs.

No Visa No Pay (NVNP)
a.If the student who has completed their booking has their visa application rejected, the student can provide evidence of the refusal and the booking will get cancelled with no liability.
b.For the evidence at 7(a) above to be valid it must:
i.be submitted within 7 days of the student receiving it;
ii.include the student's name and the date at which it was received;
iii.be received prior to 31 August of the Academic Year for those with tenancies starting in August or September;
iv.be received prior to 15 January of the Academic Year for those with tenancies starting in December or January.
c.Students can only cancel under 7(a) above, and under the NVNP policy, if they have applied for a visa and can evidence this. Students who haven't got a visa because they haven't applied for one are not eligible for the NVNP cancellation policy.

No Place No Pay (NPNP)
a.If the student who has completed their booking for a room is not accepted at a university in the city where they have booked a room with us, the student is able to cancel their room outside of the cooling-off period without the need for a replacement tenant provided they are able to provide evidence that they have not met the requirements for their offer or have been rejected by the university for some other reason.
b.For the evidence at 6(a) above to be valid it must:
i.be submitted within 7 days of the student receiving it;
ii.include the student's name and the date at which it was received;
iii.be received prior to 31 August of the Academic Year for those with tenancies starting in August or September;
iv.be received prior to 15 January of the Academic Year for those with tenancies starting in December or January.
c.We reserve the right to check with the university if the evidence is genuine or fake. Providing fake / photoshopped documents is forgery and is an offense punishable by law in the UK.

If the student still wants a room, we can re-process a booking, but we cannot guarantee that the same room or the same price will be available.

After the Cooling Off Period - Once the Cooling Off Period has expired the Tenant remains liable for the rent for the whole length of the tenancy unless they want to cancel with one of these 3 conditions:
No Place No Pay: the provisions for No Place No Pay set out in the main Cancellation Policy shall apply, save that this option shall not be available after the 31st August in the year the Tenancy Start Date is due to occur.
No Visa No Pay:if the student doesn’t get their visa to come and study in the UK, the student must send us the visa application rejection letter within 7 days of receiving it.
