At 4: 30 in the morning, the whole building's alarm kept ringing. In addition, some facilities problems were not solved until a month later.

For privacy protection reasons, we will not disclose the names of the residents. However, you can find out who you will be living with by checking the resident group shared before your arrival, or you can ask your housing team for some information, such as gender, grade, and school.
When can I move in?
About two months before the check-in date you selected, you can schedule a move-in time that works for you. If you have any special accessibility needs or travel concerns, please let us know at this time. If you need to check in early, we can help arrange that as well; just contact your dorm team, and they will inform you of the available times and prices.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Unlike many other accommodation providers, we don't require a deposit to secure your booking. We only ask you to pay the rent in advance, which will be deducted from your first month's rent. You could say it's like a little gift for yourself, and you'll feel its convenience by September!

Can I cancel after booking?
We have a 5-day "cooling-off" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease agreement, you can do so as long as you haven't moved in yet. If you miss the "cooling-off period," you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or if you don't meet the entry requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa denial document within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a qualified replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification review. Once they are confirmed as eligible, they can take over your lease agreement.
