From here, it's just a quick trip via public transport to the business hubs in east Singapore, including Paya Lebar Quarter, Tai Seng Commercial Hub and Ubi Industrial Estate.

All of our rooms come fully furnished with a premium mattress, a wardrobe, air conditioning, WiFi, and access to a bathroom (ensuite, private or shared). Of course, pillows, bedsheets, towels, basic appliances, and basic kitchen utensils are always included. 

List of fees that tenants need to pay for booking
- Deposit (1-month contract - refundable at the end of the contract)
- Monthly rent allocated proportionally (calculated based on the beginning of the month)
- The one-time membership fee is 200S$
