Regarding payments and additional fees:  Payments are on a 4-week basis (the rent price shown in HousingAnywhere is for 4 weeks only, not for the whole month!) for the type of contract provided by the landlord. Therefore, you will be asked for a proportional additional amount to complete the payment of the month. For bookings over 8 weeks: initial pre-payment of the first 4 weeks of the booking to HousingAnywhere, then supplier charges the following 4 weeks of the booking period, final cleaning (€150), deposit (€200) and city tax ( €63) before check-in.
