The tastefully furnished space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests (2 in the double bedroom and 2 in the living room on the double sofa bed). The apartment consists of an entrance on a very bright double living room with sofa bed and dining table, separate perfectly equipped kitchen, balcony overlooking the communal garden, double bedroom with wardrobes, bathroom with shower. Additional information: - linen (towels and sheets) won't be provided - required documents: passport, residential address, tax code, residence permit if the tenant is not from the European Union - in the absence of the mentioned documents, €42 per monthly tourist tax will be charged per person - the fee for the last cleaning will be deducted from the deposit and the amount - starting from €50 - will be calculated based on the size of the accommodation and the cleaning conditions Please be aware that is an online booking platform.
