The area The flat is nestled in Porta Romana, one of the best areas of Milan. The neighborhood offers so many options for a night-out: renowned restaurants, clubs and cafes for a cocktail with friends or a taste of international cuisine - Japanese, Mexican and Argentinian, only to name a few. Tramline 9 stops at 500 meters; Porta Romana metro station is only 600 meters away. The area offers the following services: Carrefour Express supermarket (Corso di Porta Vigentina 36, at 350 meters); Beretta pharmacy (viale Bligny 47, at 180 meters); Carige bank (via Giuseppe Ripamonti 6/2, at 150 meters) Living area The flat has a contemporary, charming design: the day area features a cozy double sofa bed, a minimal dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen corner comes with everything you need to prepare your meals. Bathroom The modern bathroom is equipped with all essentials and has a shower stall. Tax excluded from the price: For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (codulare dry) fiscal regime. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).
