We would also like to mention that the landlord will charge upon your arrival a tax, Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales (ITP), that it will depend on the length of your stay and it’s mandatory. Welcome to your new home! Your check-in should be done Monday - Friday, between 10h and 18.30h. Outside of this hours you will have to pay 50€. On Saturdays & Sundays your check-in should be done between 10h and 18.30h and the payment will be 50€. Plus, the bills will be charged monthly and it depends on the type of apartment you have: 1 bedroom apartment - 75€, 2 bedroom apartment - 120€, 3 bedroom apartment - 160€, 4 bedroom apartment or more - 220€. At the end of your stay, a final cleaning will be done and the landlord will charge you that amount according to the m2 of the apartment.

The landlord will ask for documentation such as (proof of income, a guarantor, passport, payslips, work contract, university enrolment, etc.)
