DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (please, send them together with your request): - Tenants' Passport/NIE/ID. - Only for employees: Copy of your contract and copy of the last three payrolls. - Only for self employed: Last income tax return. - Only for students: University or school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the apartment and last three payrolls from guarantor or sponsor. ✨ IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Expenses of utilities will be charged apart: 100€/month. - If the consumption is excessive it will be an extra cost. - Weekly cleaning service. - Weekly change of bed sheets and towels. - Double glazed windows. -----Be aware that is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE. The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date.
