Hi Guys, ROOM 3 This is a fully furnished room in a shared flat that is located on the 1st floor. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and everything you need for your daily living. Registration is possible. The monthly rental price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/German TV license fee). For the move in dates we only have the 1st or 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to be discussed in our messages. Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 950€, which needs to be paid before move in via bank transfer in a single payment. Please be aware that is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
