This modern one bedroom apartment is newly renovated and furnished. The apartment will accommodate 3 in total, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 in the (hidden) room. It is fully furnished with a new TV, fully equipped kitchen for entertaining and an inviting dining area. We will provide everything you need like linens, towels and shower amenities. The apartment is located in the up-and-coming area of Berlin – the Moabit district and in specific the Stephankiez in the borough of Mitte. The Moabit district is home to many students and artists. It is conveniently just a 5 minute walk to the underground station Birken Straße station with the U9 line and 10 minutes from the main station Westhafen. The area features many cafés, restaurants and supermarkets and is very well connected to the rest of Berlin. It provides a unique multicultural flair.
