Please note in order to finalise your booking, you need to present general a copy of your passport and valid address and telephone number. In addition, please note that the security deposit has to be paid in advance. You can either pay that in cash at the handover or via bank transfer. Please note that final inspection fees will be charged based on the property rented: 89€ for rooms, 150€ for studios and 250€ for 1+ rooms apartment. Do not hesitate to contact us for any question. Pictures may only be representative. Please be aware once the booking is done on Uniplaces the Landlord will send you the contract documents. The deposit and our one-time service fee of 100€ needs to be transferred to Landlord's bank account in order to proceed with the handover. Registration is provided.
