The apartment is furnished for two people and is therefore ideal for couples. The floor in the living and sleeping area consists of a light carpet and the bathroom and kitchen are tiled. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa plus armchair and is completed with a small glass coffee table. The many windows ensure that a lot of daylight falls into the rooms of the apartment. Other decorations, paintings and plants contribute to the overall pleasant living atmosphere and you will soon feel at home. The separate sleeping area has a large double bed. This is built in as a loft bed and is easily accessible via the practical stairs. Due to this space-saving concept, two additional armchairs and closets fit under the sleeping area, which offers enough space for the clothes of both tenants. The separate kitchen has everything a tenant could want: a refrigerator, a stove with an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a coffee maker, as well as cutlery and dishes. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a mirror and a sink. In addition, towels, as well as a hairdryer, are ready for the tenant. In addition, there is conveniently a washing machine for free use by the tenant in the apartment. The apartment is very centrally located in the beautiful Kreuzberg. Due to the good location, the connection to the public transport network is also ideal.
