The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house built in 2022 with its own terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the Havel and direct access to the water.
Bedroom and living room with open fitted kitchen are cozy living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, a 15 sqm room in the rear area has smaller basement windows and can be used as a spacious storage room.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven and counter with bar stools. A couch and a TV make this room the center of the living area. From here you can access the small shower room with washing machine (not yet visible in the photos, this is currently being installed.).
In the adjoining room there is a double bed, as well as a workstation with a large screen. Connected to your laptop, this screen could also be used as a TV in the bedroom.
In the storage room there is a cupboard for hanging clothes as well as this and that, such as the vacuum cleaner. There is still plenty of space for suitcases etc. so that these things do not interfere with the living areas.
Included are the outdoor area (terrace with approx. 32 sqm) with a charcoal grill and a small garden table. By arrangement, a small raised bed directly adjacent to your terrace could also be used. Through the landlord's garden you reach a garden gate from which you can go swimming in the Havel three meters later.
Berlin Konradshöhe is one of the quietest and most beautiful parts of Berlin, located directly between the Havel and Tegeler Forst. It is a local recreation area in the city and yet very well connected. It takes 10 minutes by car to Tegel (large shopping centers, shopping arcades, medical centers, etc.) or 45 minutes to Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburger Tor. The subway lines U6 and S25 can be reached by bus in approx. 15 minutes around the clock. Supermarkets, doctors, kindergartens and schools are all within walking distance. In short: you get the best of both worlds.
