The apartment is very convenient, not bad!
When I moved into the apartment, the sofa in the house was not clean and was not cleaned properly. There was no garbage can in the house, and I didn't know where to throw the garbage. Laundry directions are unclear. At that time, I chose to share the rent with two people, but my roommate never came to live. I lived alone. I don't know if I can change rooms and share the rent with other roommates.
Don’t rent this house. I thought it was a serious apartment. But this place used to be behind a hotel. I couldn’t do it anymore. The hotel was converted into an apartment. The sound insulation is poor and the internet speed is not very good. The room is cold and dry, and the rent is dead. Don’t tell me you didn’t pay me the first time I moved into the apartment because of their reasons. In theory, the rent should be refunded during this period. I didn’t refund it, so I gave it away with a $50 gift card. The agency is really speechless and irresponsible. Will not continue to rent on this platform
