Every CH member gets their own private room and share the common areas of a luxury apartment with personality-matched roommates.

Monthly rent ensures you a private bedroom in a shared apartment. Apartments are between 3-4 bedrooms so you would be matched with 2-3 roommates. All 4 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms, and most 3 bedrooms have 2 bathrooms
What's different at Chelsea is we don't place you by random or alphabetical order, we have a roommate matching system which allows us to get to know you, your lifestyle, preferences, requests. This way we can place you with roommates who you would get along with best. Our
main goal is to make sure you have a comfortable and fun semester and get along with your roommates!
Your private bedroom includes a DOUBLE bed (selling point!! Most residences have a single bed), full sized desk, wardrobe, bedding, linen, towels, under bed storage. The apartment itself has a full kitchen with all kitchen supplies, utensils, cooking supplies etc. Such as blender, toaster, coffee machine, and more. Students can control their electrical heat temperate in each privet room. All members have a key fob for the front entrance of Chelsea, as well as for their apartment. Each individual room has a lock on it as well.

The building consists of 27 total apartments, 4 floors plus main ground floor.
Lounge in the building where students usually study and hangout — there’s a pool table, ping pong table, bar, board games etc. This is also where we host events throughout the year, which all members have access to. We provide food + cocktails. It’s a great place to meet othermembers and make new friends. We host students from all over the world, who study at one of the main universities in Montreal.
We have our in house cleaning team who keeps the common spaces clean, hallways, lounge, gym, and they also do 2 cleanings PER MONTH of all member apartments. They come in do the floors, bathroom, kitchen etc. This is included in your price. You have the option to add additional monthly cleanings if necessary. They also stock your toilet paper, dish soap etc.
We also have a Gym which students have access to 24/7. Peloton machines, weights, yoga mats, treadmills.
The whole building has AC (including in each apartment).
Your price includes everything discussed as well as:

-all utilities (heating, electricity, hot water)

-High speed internet connection per apartment

-Laundry service; access to laundry room 24/7, unlimited (we don’t charge you per load)

-Access to events

-Bi-monthly cleaning service

-“Consumables” such as toilet paper stocked bi-weekly, dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags etc etc
