A formal contract will be signed with the company, including all furniture and bills, with a bond equivalent to four weeks' rent.

b. Furniture and Appliances Located on the third floor, with the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen on the upper level, and the second bedroom and main bathroom on the lower level.
