Since the Flexible Booking Policy is reviewed and decided by the apartment on a case-by-case basis, there is no strict uniform standard. Please confirm the revised payment amount and payment deadline with the apartment separately after your application for the Flexible Booking Policy is successful.

What is the booking process like?

First, you need to select your preferred room and then fill in the consultant's ID on uhpomes.com to place your order. After that, your consultant will submit the application to the apartment. Once the apartment issues the contract, you will need to pay the deposit. Finally, you will confirm the contract and link a guarantee card for future rent payments.

Check-out process?

You must vacate the room by 11 AM on the Tenancy End Date specified in the contract. Any items left in the room will be considered abandoned by the apartment, and a cleaning fee will be charged.
