Super awesome! Site super nice will open the door for me in the middle of the night and can also help solve almost all problems. There was a slight problem with the elevator but it was quickly fixed.
And the front desk has also become good friends, life problems can also be consulted.

Can I cancel after making a reservation?
We have a 5-day "cooling-off" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days after signing the lease agreement and before moving in, you can do so. If you miss the "cooling-off period," you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or if you fail to meet the admission requirements for your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa denial document within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification assessment. Once confirmed, they can take over your lease agreement.
