是个很棒的公寓，设施也很完善
位置很好，工作人员也很好
房间很大 很干净 公寓前台服务态度不错
定了异乡好居家的studio，当时看了好久选了Hepworth，25平真的算大的了 很多朋友定的都没这个大 都很羡慕 这个studio性价比也高 厨房有门隔开 所以油烟味不太会影响到卧室 唯一的缺点就是离学校略远 但也是可以接受范围内的 18min左右的步行
房子很大，也经济实惠

房子很大，但是都是外国人住，他们很吵。周边没啥东西，挺荒芜的

Hepworth Lodge是利兹一栋现代化的学生公寓。公寓地理位置便捷，设计时尚现代，配套设施及安保系统完善，专为学生学习生活设计。公寓靠近利兹大学、利兹都会大学、利兹艺术学院、利兹城市学院和BPP法学院，位于Inner Ring Road A58 的Junction 2，Inner Ring Road是一条环城路，公寓还邻近交通枢纽，包括Leeds Central地铁站，步行12分钟可到达利兹市中心以及繁华现代的购物中心。
宿舍设施
Hepworth Lodge公寓提供的房型主要是Ensuite和Studio，Ensuite房型，学生有自己的卧室和独立卫浴，厨房和客厅和舍友一起享用，一般是2-5人共用，为喜欢热闹、爱社交、爱分享的同学提供了便利条件。Studio房型，除了个人卧室和独立卫浴，还拥有个人的厨房，享有更多的私人空间，比较适合乐于独居、喜欢安静的学生。公寓可以满足学生不同预算的需求。
地理位置
Hepworth Lodge宿舍距离利兹大学和利兹贝克特大学都非常近，步行范围内有Trinity Leeds购物中心以及利兹火车站，周边分布有各国特色餐厅等，生活和交通方便。

在Hepworth Lodge公寓这里，生活非常便利。5分钟步行距离内有一家中餐馆一家披萨店和几间西餐厅。另外宿舍附近还有不少宾馆酒店比如Hotel ibis Leeds Centre 和几家银行。距离最近的食物超市Co-operative Food 只有10分钟的步行时间，十分方便购物。
步行12分钟可到达利兹市中心以及繁华现代的购物中心，有需多的咖啡馆、影院以及多家酒吧等。步行10分钟左右还能到达利兹火车站，从这里出发去往英国各个城市都很方便。
安保和服务
公寓内设置电子门禁、无障碍通道公寓提供7天24小时的安保服务和通过免费的MyUnite App提交的维修服务。公寓的紧急指挥中心7天24小时在线，随时为学生解决紧急问题。
同时公寓覆盖超高速的网络连接，学生可以免费使用。公寓还配有公共休闲室，定期举办社交活动，使学生能放松休闲，结交朋友，轻松融入当地的学习和生活。

When applying for a room you will be asked a series of questions to determine the type of room/flat that you require, along with any special requests you may have. Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed except where you have disability as defined and covered under the Equality Act 2010. We will attempt to meet your allocation needs as far as practicably possible, should you have a defined disability.
If you have a disability, medical condition or special request that affects your accommodation requirement please inform us in the additional notes section when completing your application, either online or by paper form.
You are encouraged to disclose any special requests for your stay such as your preferences regarding culture, religion, sex, gender, etc. to enable us to make an informed decision about your room allocation. Where appropriate, an applicant may be prioritised through the allocation categories as a result of disclosing a disability to us.

The cancellation requests along with the proof documents must be sent by the student, from the email address they have registered their account with Unite Students and must be sent to internationalcancellations@unitestudents.com.
If an agent is involved the evidence must be sent to the agent and then forwarded on to internationalcancellations@unitestudents.com.
Replacement Tenants – Before your Tenancy Start Date has occurred
If you have proposed a replacement Tenant prior to your Tenancy Start Date, Unite Students has complete discretion as to whether it:
a. accepts the proposed replacement Tenant and enters into a Tenancy Agreement with them;
b. places the room back on general sale; or
c. allocates the room it to an alternative student on a waiting list to enter into a Tenancy Agreement.
we will release you from your Tenancy Agreement on the date seven days after any of the above has occurred.
The student remains liable for the rent unless they find a replacement Tenant.

Cooling Off Period – the provisions for the Cooling Off Period set out in the main Cancellation Policy shall apply;
After the Cooling Off Period - Once the Cooling Off Period has expired the Tenant remains liable for the rent for the whole length of the tenancy unless they want to cancel with one of these 3 conditions:
No Place No Pay: the provisions for No Place No Pay set out in the main Cancellation Policy shall apply, save that this option shall not be available after the 31st August in the year the Tenancy Start Date is due to occur.
No Visa No Pay:if the student doesn’t get their visa to come and study in the UK, the student must send us the visa application rejection letter within 7 days of receiving it. On receipt of the required documentation, it will be verified and, provided we are satisfied, we will cancel your Tenancy Agreement and refund any deposit or advance rent paid in full. This option shall not be available after the 31st August in the year the Tenancy Start Date is due to occur.
No ATAS certificate, No Pay: Some international students coming to the UK to study in very specific fields need to apply for an ATAS certificate. (Academic Technology Approval Scheme). If a student’s ATAS certificate application is rejected the student must send us the ATAS certificate application rejection letter within 7 days of receiving it. On receipt of the required documentation, it will be verified and, provided we are satisfied, we will cancel your Tenancy Agreement and refund any deposit or advance rent paid in full. This option shall not be available after the 31st August in the year the Tenancy Start Date is due to occur.
