Nice apartment of about 80 square meters is located on the first floor of a modern building with an elevator that is part of a condominium complex. We are 2 steps from the center, from the Dora Park, from the famous "Balon" market and from the Duomo, where you can admire the Holy Shroud. An elegant retreat to spend your stay in complete relaxation! The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people and includes two balconies where you can relax or eat a good meal. KITCHEN: New and modern, with fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils. LIVING ROOM: Queen sofa bed, television, dining area. BEDROOM: Queen bed and wardrobe. SECOND BEDROOM: two single beds and wardrobe. BATHROOM: bathtub, toilet and bidet. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Independent heating, UNLIMITED WIFI with optical fiber, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, private garage.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company. Once collected, the guest can choose: - to use their own; - the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.
Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.
At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.
Please note that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 25 from 21:30 until 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:30.
With a walk along the river you can reach the Borgo Dora district where you will find the 'Turin Eye' balloon that from a height of 150 m offers its passengers a wide view of the city, and from the famous Christmas market that every year, more and more intensely, the first weeks of December, attracts many tourists and onlookers in the area. A few meters away you will find the Porta Palazzo Market: open every weekday, it represents the multiethnic heart of Turin. The market area of Porta Palazzo is located close to the Roman Porte Palatine. Every Saturday morning you will find the most famous flea market in Turin: the Balôn. A few steps away is the Parco Dora, an innovative sustainable urban park project and the Enviroment Park, a Technological Science Park for the environment. Also nearby you will find the new modern contemporary art museum Ettore Fico in Via Cigna, 114 (interesting the opportunity to have lunch at reasonable prices during the week) and the Docks Dora in Via Valprato 68, an extraordinary complex of English-style lofts. For a good breakfast we recommend Pasticceria Capitaneo in Via cigna, 61, or with two more steps the Pasticceria SIDA in Corso Regina Margherita, 157. For the purchase of food at Km 0 and bio you will find in Via Cecchi, 32 the Agricultural Food Cooperative. For a quick meal don't miss the Sicilian Gastronomy in Via Cecchi, 57 or a farinata from Pizza Maestra in Via Cecchi, 7. We are outside the ZTL area and we offer a private garage at guests' complete disposal. For those who want to discover the city, a 20-minute walk will take you through the Porta Palazzo market, the pedestrian area of Via Garibaldi to the historic heart of Piazza Castello. The bus stops are 100 m from home, but you can also go on foot. The largest open market in Europe, the Porta Palazzo market, is a stone's throw away, in the area called Borgo Dora, as is the famous flea market on the second Sunday of the month, the Gran Balon. The atmosphere is magical among junk and antiques, the smell of incense and voices and music. Also nearby, Il Quadrilatero, the area famous for its crowded bars and numerous restaurants scattered in the alleys of the Old City. Going through them you reach the Center: via Garibaldi and piazza Castello. The Juventus Stadium (Allianz Stadium) is 15 minutes and 30 minutes away by car.
