Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the administrative fees and half of the 1st month rent;
Cancellation less than one week before the arrival date: 100% of the administrative fees and the 1st month rent. Any cancellation linked to a visa refusal has to be written and with a refusal proof and may result in fees as follow: Up to 15 days before the arrival date: no fees; Between 15 days and the arrival date: 100% of the administrative fees; After arrival date: 100% of the administrative fees and the 1st month rent.
