4) Pay the second installment of 6 months' rent before January 15 next year. The rent is 12 months in total, paid in two installments. No discounts are available for half-yearly payments.
Only one month's deposit is required for annual payments, and two months' deposit is required for half-yearly payments.
The management fee is 6% of the rent, and the services include government rates, 1-2 times a week cleaning of public areas, garbage transfer fees, Gigabit fiber optic network, maintenance of equipment and facilities not damaged by human factors, water fees, etc.
