Looking for a female sublet here, you will have Unit A (private room and bathroom) for the spring semester of the next school year (see pictures for assigned units). My roommate already lives here and will be in the other unit. I am only looking for one female sublet here. This apartment also has a nice balcony- good for taking pictures! Utilities are listed in the images attached. Looking for someone clean, quiet, and friendly :)
