How to pay the rent?
The apartment only supports account login and payments through the TransferMate platform, which cooperates with the apartment. To make a payment using the TransferMate platform, please log in to your personal account for the apartment and select "Pay Now" on the Booking screen to be redirected to the TransferMate payment interface. Then, please fill in the relevant information and complete the payment. Please note that this payment method means you will pay TransferMate, and once TransferMate receives the funds from the student, they will then pay VITA STUDENT. Therefore, the expected processing time for the payment to be received is around 3-5 working days. If there are statutory holidays in China or the UK, the processing time will be extended accordingly.

What is a guarantor?
A guarantor refers to a person who is over 18 years old and can share the financial responsibility of renting with you. This person must be able to pay the rent if, for any reason, you are unable to pay the apartment rent. If you choose to pay the rent in two or four installments when booking, a guarantor is required. All dormitories have laundry rooms in the apartment building equipped with washing machines and dryers. The cost for each wash is about £2.7, and each dry is approximately £1.2. You can use the apartment's mobile app to check whether your laundry is done and when the machines are available! The laundry room is also open 24 hours a day.
Who should I contact if there’s a problem with the internet?
