未获得学校offer
已签署租赁协议的学生，如果申请进入大学但未取得成绩，必须在收到大学结果后 7 天内向 CityBlock 提供证据，以便取消租赁协议并收回押金。
这仅适用于一年级学生，不适用于已经上大学的学生。 已经在大学的学生需要找到一名学生来“接管”他们的租赁协议，并且会失去押金。！！！

1. 在网站预订房间之日起，学生有 14 天的时间接受并签署租赁协议。 如果他们未能在此期间签署租赁协议，他们将失去£ 100 的押金，并且房间会自动返回到网站上进行出售。
2. 如果学生在预订房间后 14 天内取消预订，押金将在 4 周左右退还给学生。
3. 如果学生签署了租赁协议并想要取消，他们将受到合同条款的法律约束，并且需要找到一名学生在剩余租赁期限内“接管”他们的租赁协议。 他们将不会收到押金。

Cancellation & Refunds
- I understand that if, for any reason, I cancel within 14 days of submitting this online booking and I haven't accepted the tenancy agreement, I will receive the holding deposit back.
- I understand that if, for any reason, I cancel after 14 days of submitting this online booking and I haven't accepted the tenancy agreement, the holding deposit will be retained by CityBlock to cover our reasonable costs.
- If I proceed to signing an appropriate tenancy agreement, I understand that I abide by the terms and conditions stated in it and I agree that my holding deposit of £100 will be allocated as a refundable tenancy deposit as itemised in my tenancy agreement.
CityBlock will protect your deposit with a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme within 30 days from you signing your tenancy agreement.
- I understand that I can cancel my room at CityBlock if I missed the grades to get into the university/college I wanted. I will need to provide a copy of either the rejection letter from the chosen university/college, or a screenshot of my UCAS status which confirms that the required results were not achieved to CityBlock within 7 days of receiving my results. If CityBlock is satisfied with the documentation, my tenancy deposit will be refunded, and the Tenancy Agreement will no longer be binding.
