Dear guest, before your arrival you will be required to pay the deposit. The admin fee is to be paid half before the arrival (225 euros) and the other half at check-out (225 euros). This fee includes the tax registration, initial and final cleaning, and contract closure fees.
The landlord will provide you with a rental contract for you to sign within 24h your booking is accepted on our platform. The following documentation will be requested: passport/ID, residence address, nationality, city of birth, student status.
