The 1st floor studio apartment is 31 sqm large and can accommodate 2 people. It is absolutely quiet, has beautiful hardwood floors, a large comfortable sofa that opens into a proper double bed and a separate kitchen/dinning area and bathroom. There is also a large wardrobe so a great place to work from if you don't want to go into the office.
The flat has large windows in every room and therefore feels nicely bright and somewhat spacious for a studio flat.
It's a quiet and mixed residential building

Located in the hip neighborhood of Friedrichshain, the studio is in walking distance of anything you might need.
Imagine an art gallery turned inside out and you’ll begin to envision Friedrichshain. Single walls aren’t canvases for creative works, entire buildings are canvases. This zealously expressive east Berlin neighborhood forgoes social norms in favor of squatters’ rights and boisterous bars serving cheap brews. It doesn’t always go against the grain—cool bars, boutiques, and cafes fill Friedrichshain’s bustling main streets and its intimate cinemas and riverside green spaces invite visitors to get cozy.
If you've already been to Berlin, you know that the Ostkreuz surroundings is one of the biggest emerging areas in the city, bursting out with new and fresh cafés, restaurants, and to be true to the town it finds itself in, many great clubs and bars for the weekend;)
Trams M13 and M21 and Bus 240 pretty much in front of the door. Walking distance to Ostkreuz and Frankfurter Allee railway stations means you are connected to basically any spot in town. Also very handy connection to Ku´damm and through all of Kreuzberg with U1.
