Our Studios, previously known as “Campus Südseite”, are just 20 minutes away from the city center and offers you a great view – directly from our roof terrace.
Our Studios will offer fully furnished modern apartments up to 30m² and some come with balconies. There are shared washing machines on every floor and you can study or make new friends in our social and study spaces. We have TV lounges on each floor, a fitness room, a party room and a games room as well as study space.
If you need a break from studying, you can experience our virtual events with the high-speed WiFi or take a walk in the nearby Südpark. Regardless of whether you are studying, doing an internship or an apprenticeship, our short-term or long-term all-inclusive rental contracts give you full flexibility.
